This Policy describes how Kash (also referred to herein as “us” or “we”) will handle information collected from users of this website, www.withkash.com (the “Site”) and other online services that link to this Policy (the “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Policy, so please do not use the Site or Services if you do not agree with these terms.
We may update this Policy at any time. Any changes to the Policy will become effective upon the date of our posting of the revised Policy on the Site. If you visit the Site or use the Services following the effective date of the revised Policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the Policy’s updated terms.
The information we collect through the Site and Services includes both personally identifiable information” (or “PII”), which is information that identifies or could be used to identify you as an individual, and non-PII, which is aggregated information, demographic information and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. The types of information we collect and our use of that information will depend on whether you are a Site visitor only, or are a user of Kash Services or otherwise provide us with PII.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect non-PII from you “passively” through browser navigational tools, such as cookies and pixel tags, that identify your IP address — the Internet Protocol address of the computer that you use to access the Site. Cookies are small data files that a website stores on the hard drive of the device through which a website user connects to the website. These types of technologies enable us to compile statistics about our daily number of Site visitors or specific page requests, and to identify a webpage you may have visited before visiting the Site. You can set your browser to accept all cookies, to reject all cookies, or to notify you whenever a cookie is offered so that you can decide each time whether to accept it. However, refusing a cookie may in some cases preclude you from using, or negatively affect the display or function of, the Site or certain areas or features of the Site. To learn more about cookies, please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
By using the Site, you are deemed to unambiguously agree to its use of any cookies that you do not disable. Currently, the Site does not respond to a “Do Not Track” browser signal from a user.
When you register to use Kash Services, we will obtain your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and any other relevant information that you provide directly to us, including your information needed to enable us to detect fraud and to report fraudulent information to regulators if necessary. We will also have access to the relevant data required to complete your transaction, including but not limited to your financial information, bank account numbers, routing numbers, and billing address and phone number. By registering as a user of the Services, you are agreeing that we may collect your financial information including, but not limited to, your account credentials, transactional histories, account numbers, and balances/limits. You are authorizing and enabling us to interact with and through your financial institutions on your behalf, and authorizing us to retrieve information pertaining to your accounts with those institutions.
We may additionally collect information on the IP addresses, devices, and locations used to access the Services, which may be linked to your account for fraud detection and prevention purposes. Finally, we may collect additional data for identity verification on an as-needed basis determined at our own sole discretion.
We also collect your PII when you otherwise voluntarily provide it, such as when you seek to apply for a job with us (including through our online form), send us an email, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, or otherwise contact us. We may combine this information with other PII you may provide to us in other contexts to use for the purposes described in Section 2 below.
PII. We may use the PII that we collect about you for any or all of the following purposes, as well as for the purposes for which we share such information, as described in Section 3 below.
Providing the Services. To operate and maintain the Services and to provide you with the benefits of the Services.

Other Information. We use non-PII to help us improve the Site and the Services, such as by analyzing Site visitor trends, including usage of certain pages or functions on the Site. We may also use non-PII for other purposes, but if any such use involved combining the non-PII with any data so that it became identifiable to you or another person, we would then treat it as PII in accordance with this Policy.
Operational Partners and Third Party Service Providers. We may share your PII with unaffiliated third parties who provide us with services or are integral to the operation of our Website and the Services, including but not limited to financial institutions, verification services, credit bureaus, data aggregators, and others whom you have authorized to receive your PII. We do not share PII with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Acquirers or Assignees. In the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of Kash or its assets, we may transfer to the acquiring party or assignee any and all information that we collect from users of the Site or the Services.
Entities Entitled Under Law . We may disclose PII as we believe to be appropriate in the following circumstances: (i) when required by applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (ii) to comply with legal process (iii) to respond to requests from public and government authorities; (iv) to enforce the terms and conditions for use of the Site or the Services, including this Policy; (v) to protect and defend our rights and property; (vi) to protect the interests of Kash or others; (vii) to report suspected illegal activity; and (viii) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit damages that we may sustain. We have no obligation to notify you of such disclosures, except as required by applicable law.
Security. We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, and we limit access to PII to those within Kash who have a business need to view it. We note, however, that no data storage system, and no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please do not send us information you consider confidential via e-mail.
Data Retention. We will retain PII about you for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.
Use of the Site by Children. Neither the Site nor the Services is directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect PII from any children under age 13. If you are under age 13, please do not submit any PII to us.
International Transfers of Information. By using the Site or the Services, you are deemed to understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of your PII in the United States, with the awareness that the laws of the United States may not provide as much protection for PII as the laws of certain other countries or territories.
